An international medical device company is expanding its commercial team in Germany and is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to support continued growth across multiple territories. Collaborate with marketing, clinical and commercial teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and promote innovative diabetes management solutions that make a real difference to patients' lives. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and customer training. Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and execute territory business plans. Represent the company at regional meetings and industry events. What we’re looking for 3+ years of Medical Device sales experience.
Experience within Diabetes Care, ideally CGM and/or Blood Glucose Monitoring. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the German healthcare market. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Fluent German and English.
