Overview On behalf of my client – an international aerospace company – I am currently looking for an experienced Team Leader in Key Account Management .
Responsibilities Lead a Key Account team (2–4 people) Manage 3–8 OEM contracts with > €100M annual revenue Negotiate proposals, modifications, and commercial agreements Drive claims handling, receivables management, and KPI fulfillment Identify and pursue business development opportunities Act as key interface with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) Qualifications Degree in Engineering or Business 5+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace sector Proven leadership skills in a team environment Fluent in English; German is an advantage Hands-on, structured, and confident communicator Additional information Interested – or know someone who might be?
