• Proactive and entrepreneurial account management
• Primary point of contact for our OEM customers
• Development, implementation, and execution of product and pricing strategies
• Presentation of complex systems and product solutions to customers and at trade shows domestically and internationally
• Processing inquiries for new project acquisition and changes
• Preparation of market and competitive analyses

-Regular reporting; preparation, execution, and monitoring of sales and budget planning

-Ensuring the timely and professional handling of all commercial aspects of customer relationships (timely orders, order placement, recovery of advanced funds)

-Forwarding customer requirements to the Human Resources department for training purposes

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

-University degree

-Extensive professional experience in sales within the automotive supplier industry

-Knowledge of automotive lighting products

-Knowledge of the automotive market

-Knowledge of production methods and processes

-Experience in conducting sales and crisis negotiations

-Understanding of customer requirements

-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

-Knowledge of an ERP system

-Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)

-Proactive and customer-oriented approach; ability to network

Languages: German and English
