Responsibilities Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic) Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day) Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process Close memberships and recurring subscriptions Follow up consistently via phone and messages Hit conversion and activity targets consistently Requirements Proven experience in high volume phone sales or B2C closing Strong English communication skills and confident phone presence Experience handling high call volume environments Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes Comfortable working in performance-driven roles Nice to Have Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle or consumer services Call center or inside sales background Experience with CRM tools (Monday, HubSpot, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
