Responsibilities Provide comprehensive customer service, order management, and warranty support to clients' customers Communicate through phone and email channels to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking Provide warranty support and process warranty claims Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services Assist customers with navigating the global marketplace Support customer groups and address their specific needs Resolve production and shipping issues Provide website support and troubleshooting Handle other customer inquiries, including spam and marketing-related issues Requirements Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level Successfully complete the English written and oral assessment Willing to complete assessments that include a typing test (25 wpm) Great communication skills Strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes Must be at least 18 years of age Must have HSD or equivalent Sales Experience Highly Preferred Hard Skills order management warranty support customer service processing orders tracking orders troubleshooting typing test Soft Skills communication skills independent work team player adaptability flexibility Certifications & Qualifications HSD or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
