Responsibilities Support in linking our sales partners with headquarters in Windhagen (Rhineland-Palatinate), especially for consultancy-intensive projects and day-to-day operations Contribute to the targeted development and expansion of the customer-facing sales process and partner development process in the assigned federal states Participate in ensuring smooth process flow from quotation preparation through order processing to proper delivery of our products Systematic continuous analysis, optimization and expansion of assigned key accounts Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of trade shows and end-customer events Assist in drafting and implementing partner agreements as well as sales and pipeline reporting to plan the sales forecast Attend industry meetings, committees, networks and association activities, including international sales & marketing meetings Provide intensive on-site support and contribute to the development of our national sales partners Requirements Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial/technical training with relevant further qualification Initial knowledge of IT technology/video technology or corresponding technical affinity First service or sales experience in supporting sales partners Open personality with clear customer and solution orientation Business-fluent German; additional languages are an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems and the Navision ERP system is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
