Sales Representative

We have an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced distributor of apparel, visiting customers in Germany to offer product presentations; showcasing a select collection of apparel to new and existing customers, to generate sales.

You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within your database. You will seek to increase sales, by way of inspiring your customers with your presentations. This will include, developing existing customers who are not yet reaching their full potential, along with exploring new customer opportunities to grow sales.

Key Duties:

• Planning your diary and visiting customers to present a core range of inspirational product, in order to inspire and generate sales.
• Creating and following up leads to develop business using Digital/Social and other communication channels
• Working in conjunction with the BDM to present to and then report back on sales and commercial opportunities
• Working closely with our dedicated Export Support team based in the UK to follow up and identify future opportunities
• Meeting and Exceeding targets based around the growth of our brand portfolio
• Build strong and exciting business relationships with new and existing customers

Laptop/Phone/Virtual Meeting Software and use of a car will be available to help support the role.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience of visiting customers to present products is essential
• Experience of presenting clothing / apparel would be preferable
• Excellent experience of building relationships with different types of people and business.
• Good presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Determination to seek opportunities and then see them through to delivery
• Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure, manage time and customer expectation.
• Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction
• Persuasive, influential, and self-confident individual with strong interpersonal awareness and communication skills
• Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

This is a field based role, you will be visiting customers 4 days a week across your territory, there is scope for this role to develop and grow a team.
