Senior Sales Representative – Hydraulic Cylinders (Europe: Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Greece, France, preferred) SEA Hydrosystems is a leading hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, with advanced engineering and manufacturing facilities in India and a strong global export footprint.

We have established customers across Europe but currently no manufacturing operations or registered business entity within Europe. We are actively exploring the acquisition of a suitable European hydraulic cylinder manufacturer to establish a local presence.

To accelerate growth in Europe, a senior, hands‑on sales professional is required who already sells hydraulic cylinders and can independently open doors and close significant OEM and industrial deals. The successful candidate will work remotely from Europe and be engaged as a sole trader, invoicing SEA Hydrosystems directly for salary payments.

Role Overview Drive new business development and manage key accounts for hydraulic cylinders across Europe, focusing on OEM and industrial customers. Engage C-level executives, purchasing managers, and engineers to close substantial deals.

Ideal Candidate Proven experience (minimum 3 years) directly selling hydraulic cylinders (not just general hydraulics) in Europe or similar markets. Capable of independently opening new accounts and closing large B2B deals with OEMs and industrial end‑users. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Registered as a sole trader or prepared to register as one in Europe to invoice SEA Hydrosystems. Able to invoice SEA Hydrosystems for payment until the company sets up a formal European entity. Key Skills In-depth technical understanding of hydraulic cylinders and applications.

Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage senior decision makers effectively. Highly self‑directed with strong organisational discipline to manage pipeline, travel, and remote collaboration.
