Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and eCommerce teams, you will ensure account plans align with business objectives and are executed with excellence.
Responsibilities Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Germany Develop and execute account plans that deliver sales, distribution, margin and market share growth Build strong, trusted relationships with retail partners, acting as the key commercial contact Lead customer negotiations, trading terms, promotional plans and joint business planning Identify new business opportunities across existing and prospective retail partners Partner with Marketing and Category teams to deliver impactful in‑store and online activation plans Work closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to support forecasting, stock availability and launch execution Analyse sales performance, market trends, promotional activity and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks Prepare and present regular account updates, sales forecasts and performance insights Ensure all account activity is aligned to wider commercial strategy and brand objectives Support new product launches, range reviews, promotional planning and retailer presentations Collaborate cross‑functionally across European and global teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution Skills & Experience Proven experience in national account management within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods or a related retail‑led industry Strong understanding of the German retail landscape with established relationships across key retailers Experience managing major retail accounts and delivering commercial growth Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with strong analytical capability and confidence working with sales data, forecasts and P&L metrics Experience delivering joint business plans, promotional strategies and retailer presentations Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with changing priorities Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and eCommerce Fluent German and English speaker Passion for beauty, cosmetics, consumer trends and building brands in new markets Benefits & Perks Competitive salary, bonus and pension Values‑driven business fostering a supportive and friendly team culture The ability to work autonomously, empowering you to drive your own success Opportunities to grow your career globally across all divisions within DBG Health, including careers across pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and health services Equal Opportunity Statement DBG Health is committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all.

Lead and develop key retail partnerships to expand MCoBeauty across the European market. As Senior Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow national accounts, deliver commercial plans, negotiate trading agreements, and identify opportunities to accelerate brand awareness, distribution and sales performance.
