OVERVIEW Senior Key Account Manager – Germany team in Frankfurt office (3 days a week). Key role to drive business development, reinforce the team, and be accountable for customer growth across the European Hub in collaboration with product, marketing, and digital teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement and drive account specific plans & promotions in line with the Shark & Ninja market strategy to achieve profitable sales growth. Build and execute a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets for accounts, launch new products and grow core categories.

Represent Shark & Ninja professionally online and offline. Plan and execute activities for online, in‑store and off‑page to drive strong sales performance. Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals. Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) to meet sales and margin targets.

Negotiate win‑win scenarios for Shark & Ninja and the customer. Interpret market and sell‑out data into business opportunities. Organize trade shows, retail events and reporting of competitive activities & pricing. Identify new retailers to deliver incremental business. Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other company events as required.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS) Fluent in English and German. Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience. Strong negotiation skills, results‑driven, exceptional analytical abilities. Excellent oral and written communication with impact. Professional expertise and strong interpersonal/collaborative skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Experience analyzing and interpreting sales data to make informed decisions. Experience building sales and marketing strategy by market. Appetite for Shark & Ninja’s unique products.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to manage data flow, perform analysis, generate summary reports, and communicate by voice or data while being connected in the office, at home or while travelling. Must be able to travel to visit customers.
