Key Account Manager, Germany (Various locations)

We are supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical company with the appointment of two Key Account Managers to support the launch of an innovative haemoglobinopathy gene therapy in Germany. These are exciting, field-based opportunities for experienced KAMs with a background in haematology, rare disease or complex therapies, offering the chance to play a key role in a high-profile launch.

Overview:

• Key Account Manager positions covering North Germany
• €8,500-€10,000 gross monthly salary + €24,000 annual commission opportunity
• Territories: Hamburg-Bremen-Hannover and Berlin-Leipzig-Dresden
• 12-month temporary contract
• Field-based role, with home working and occasional travel to the Munich office
• Lead account identification, prioritisation and strategic account planning
• Map customer and patient populations and build strong relationships with HCPs
• Support awareness, adoption and successful implementation of the therapy
• Haematology experience preferred, or strong experience in rare disease, complex therapies or hospital-based specialty care
