Outsource-X is looking for confident, results-driven Inbound Reservations Agents for our Revinate account. Your goal is simple: turn every inbound call into a confirmed reservation! If you have a strong hospitality background, excellent communication skills and the ability to close bookings, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Handle inbound calls and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Assist with reservations, booking enquiries and guest requests.
• Help customers find suitable options and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Resolve customer concerns and escape complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer information and deliver excellent service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or travel reservations, preferably with a sales background.
• Proven experience handling customer enquiries and converting them into bookings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to work across different systems.
• A neutral accent and a professional telephone manner.
• Availability to work rotational 8-hour shifts between 13:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
• Own reliable transport is essential. Transport is not provided.
