You collaborate closely with technical teams to design optimal energy storage solutions for customer needs. You join a fast-growing regional team dedicated to driving innovation in energy storage. You work closely with experts across sales, technical support, and product teams.

Welcome at Sungrow Founded in 1997 by University Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow is a leader in the research and development of solar inverters with the largest dedicated R&D team in the industry and a broad product portfolio offering PV inverter solutions and energy storage systems for utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and residential applications, as well as internationally recognized floating PV plant solutions, NEV driving solutions, EV charging solutions and renewable hydrogen production systems.

We’re excited to introduce a pivotal role that strengthens our energy storage presence in the Polish market and supports our growing customer base across the country. Curious to learn more? Here’s what awaits you: You drive ESS sales activities across Poland, focusing on utility-scale customers.

You identify new business opportunities and actively build relationships with developers, EPCs, installers, and strategic partners. You manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. You provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to support strategic planning.

You represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs across Poland. Your profile All right, all right… that mission sounded promising, didn’t it? To thrive and grow in this role, your background might look something like this: You bring proven sales experience in energy storage, solar, or power electronics.

You understand the Polish energy landscape and have an existing network within the C&I or utility sectors. You enjoy consultative selling and can translate technical features into customer value. You feel comfortable working independently and handling B2B customer negotiations. You communicate fluently in Polish (C2) and English (B2–C1).

You hold a degree in engineering, business, energy management, or a similar field. You gain exposure to advanced ESS technology and continuously evolving industry projects. You have the opportunity to directly shape the growth of the Polish energy storage market. About us We are a green tech company with young creative minds.
