Field Sales Representative – Heat Pumps

Conduct on-site consultation meetings with homeowners regarding tailored heat pump solutions Perform an initial visual assessment of the technical conditions on site to determine basic feasibility Prepare and present customized proposals — from the initial meeting through to contract signature Work closely with the inside sales team, which supports you by coordinating appointments Regularly liaise with managers to continuously optimize your performance Requirements • Proven experience in B2C field sales or direct sales of highly technical/complex products (e.g., heat pumps, heating systems, photovoltaics/PV systems, renovations, or complex financial and insurance products) • Strong interest in the energy sector, solar energy, heating technology and renewable energies • Willingness to deeply learn heat pump technology to provide competent customer advice • Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a strong focus on closing sales (strong closing skills) • Fluent German (minimum C1) required for legally compliant customer consultation • Valid driving license (Class B) — mandatory for field work Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2C field sales of complex products, with a strong focus on heat pump technology and renewable energy solutions.
