You will be part of a focused sales team and work closely with Marketing and the founding team. You will further develop outbound strategies, combining modern AI tools with proven channels. Experience with modern sales tech stacks, including social selling, CRMs, outreach tools and AI-driven workflows.
Proficient in leveraging modern sales technologies and AI tools to drive customer engagement and account expansion. You will conduct conversations from first contact to contract signature and take responsibility for your pipeline. You will drive upsells and account expansion and generate customer referrals.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in software sales with ownership of the full sales cycle. Proven track record in outbound sales and cold outreach. Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and strong proficiency in English. B2B SaaS experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is a strong plus.
