Field Sales Representative / Junior Sales Manager - Digital Health (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include: identifying strategic business opportunities and expanding a urological network in the region – greater Stuttgart, Ulm, Heilbronn, and Ravensburg; building and maintaining long-term partnerships with specialists; analyzing customer needs and developing a suitable communication style; positioning yourself as a trusted contact person for medical professionals; representing the company at medical congresses and trade fairs to tap into new market potential; working closely with marketing and event teams to implement targeted strategies; independently planning and prioritizing your weekly activities; and managing and optimizing your performance based on defined KPIs.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, Sportwissenschaften, Ernährungswissenschaften oder vergleichbar (oder kurz vor Abschluss)
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Business Development oder Sales, z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten, sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar und prägnant zu vermitteln
• Hands-on-Mentalität und Motivation, Vertriebserfolge aktiv mitzugestalten
• Führerschein der Klasse B (PKW)
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
