Pharmacy Sales Representative (m/f/d)

As a field sales representative for pharmacies, you will ensure that our products, as a leading provider of off-patent and OTC medications, are placed in pharmacies, thus guaranteeing a wide range of treatment options for patients. We are looking for someone to start on December 1, 2026, for the Marburg - Gießen - Siegen region. After 18 months, you have the option of permanent employment with our client.

Your responsibilities will include: increasing sales and market share of the SANDOZ OTC brand portfolio as well as specific prescription medications; conducting customer loyalty and service activities; planning and executing sales activities according to a meeting schedule; expanding and optimizing the POS display for the OTC brand portfolio; successfully utilizing provided sales aids and marketing activities; territory management to optimize customer support; and implementing new digital processes within the company and efficiently using digital tools.

• Completed scientific training or studies, preferably as a pharmaceutical representative
• Ideally, several years of relevant experience in pharmacy sales.
• Extensive experience in sales
• Solid knowledge of targeting, core target group management, and territory analysis
• Demonstrably above-average, documented sales success
• Strong communication skills and sales abilities
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style
• Teamwork skills and high level of commitment
• Good IT skills
