Responsibilities: Manage and develop existing key accounts in the Southern Germany region Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships Support contract and pricing negotiations Create, track and analyze proposals Analyze customer requirements and identify new business opportunities Coordinate between customers, sales and internal departments Prepare and conduct customer meetings and presentations Support tenders and sales projects Maintain and document customer and sales data in the CRM system Monitor market and competitor developments Requirements Completed commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, sales or a comparable qualification Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or logistics is desirable Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation Confident and professional demeanor with customers and business partners Organizational skills and a structured, self‑responsible way of working Negotiation skills and analytical thinking Regular travel within the Southern Germany region; company car provided and flexible working options #J-18808-Ljbffr
