Ensuring a smooth flow of information between external sales partners and internal specialist departments. Preparing presentations and sales analyses. Handling expansion planning, contract negotiations and managing contract administration. Opening and closing of stores and ensuring the related processes.
Preparing sales information (sales figures, delivery dates, promotions and location analyses) and ensuring all interfaces receive the required information. Regularly participating in meetings with external sales partners or internal specialist departments, such as steering calls.
Preparing and following up on various meetings and sending meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders. Excel expert with a passion for creating PowerPoint presentations. Very good English skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
