Responsibilities Supporting the execution of Zespri’s growth strategy across Germany, helping deliver sustainable volume and value growth. Coordinating and delivering impactful trade marketing and shopper activation campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Analysing market, shopper, retailer, competitor and pricing data to generate insights and recommendations. Becoming Zespri’s "eyes and ears" in market by identifying trends, opportunities and risks, and helping shape future growth initiatives.
Requirements Around 2+ years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, FMCG, retail, or a related commercial environment. Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability. Native German language skills and fluency in English. Flexibility to travel within Germany when required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
