Responsibilities As a Sales Associate, you are the engine of our growth.

You work closely with our consulting team and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and growth. You act independently and are goal-oriented. Your focus is clearly on building new customer relationships and selling our services. You conduct initial phone conversations with prospects to determine which solution fits their company.
You guide potential customers through the consulting process in a structured, clear, and trustworthy manner. You maintain your network and keep track of all leads and contacts in our CRM system. You continuously develop your skills through digital training, internal coaching, and hands-on onboarding.
Qualifications Some experience in sales, customer consulting, or service is an advantage but not required. A strong affinity for selling is required. You want to sell real value, not just products. You are not afraid of cold calling and are persistent in customer contact.
Strong communication skills & empathy: a professional, confident presence and negotiation skills are essential. You are technically and linguistically adept. Basic understanding of digital topics and very good German skills, both written and spoken.
