Position Overview Senior Key Account Executive – Global Partner Solutions We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Key Accounts team. Serve as a communication link between key customers and internal teams, facilitating faster issue resolution.

The role focuses on customer retention and new customer acquisition, supporting both existing and new high‑value hotel partners worldwide. Location: Singapore (Hybrid), Japan (Remote) Responsibilities Own a book of business comprising existing clients purchasing business subscription and Advertising solutions.

Identify and execute net‑new customer acquisition deals within the assigned territory. Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives (cross‑sell and upsell).

Work with key stakeholders from customer organizations and provide in‑depth product demonstrations, negotiate commercials, and close new business. Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly on key performance indicators such as revenue growth, customer retention, and number of new customers acquired.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably owning the entire sales cycle end‑to‑end. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision‑making. Proven ability to operate effectively with a global‑first mindset. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.

Relevant experience in Inside Sales or Field Sales, preferably in Acquisition or Business Development. Bi‑lingual fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent written and oral communication in the relevant languages. Strong negotiation and closing aptitude with relentlessly high standards.

Ability to engage in technical interactions and co‑browsing on video calls. Target driven, self‑starter with the ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision. Experience in territory and pipeline management using a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot). Coachability and collaborative mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
