Your tasks
• Friendly speech from people in selected residential areas
• Explaining the benefits of a modern fiber optic connection
• Advice on suitable Telekom products and services
• Arranging appointments and forwarding them to Telekom Shops
• Documentation of customer meetings in accordance with clear guidelines
• Supporting regional sales campaigns
Your profile
• First experience in sales, sales or customer service
• Enjoying contact with people
• Friendly and self-confident appearance
• Strong communication skills and persuasion
• Motivation to achieve sales goals and develop
• Reliability, flexibility and initiative
• Completed vocational training is an advantage, for example in retail, wholesale and foreign trade, the commercial sector, customer service, hospitality or the catering industry
