• Provide expert advice to customers on civil engineering products and solutions at the Raab Karcher branch in Hamburg or Kiel • Prepare cost calculations and quotations for property developers and construction contractors • Follow up on and process quotations consistently • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers through regular customer visits • Win customers over through committed service and generate orders • Coordinate closely with Sales Management and the Internal Sales team • Conduct price negotiations with suppliers and customers as a fair and reliable partner Requirements • Commercial vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, an equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience • Ideally, experience in field sales • Preferably, previous experience as a field-based sales representative • Solid experience selling building materials is an advantage but not a requirement • Career changers from the skilled trades with experience and knowledge of building materials are welcome • Valid driving licence, at least Category B • Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and suppliers • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent team player • Experience working in a medium-sized business environment • Ideally, an established regional network in the construction and building materials sectors Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing civil engineering product solutions and cost calculations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
