• Support assigned key accounts by responding to production, recruiting, and service requests • Coordinate solutions with internal teams to remove barriers to sales • Maintain and communicate production, recruiting, activation, and other performance metrics • Update tracking tools and provide reports when requested • Partner with recruiting teams to transition newly appointed agents into early production • Clarify expectations, connect agents to training, and monitor activation progress • Facilitate agent onboarding through registration for the agent portal and related tools • Troubleshoot access, credential, and navigation issues • Coach agents on sales and production fundamentals through individual support, group training, and follow-up • Mentor Recruiting Assistant Directors on sales and production processes • Plan, coordinate, and deliver recurring training webinars and live, in-person seminars • Serve as liaison between field and home office partners, including licensing/appointments, operations, technology support, and compliance • Escalate and resolve agent-impacting issues • Document common issues, solutions, and process improvements • Share updates with stakeholders to reduce repeat problems and improve the agent experience Requirements • High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) required • College coursework or an associate degree preferred, but not required • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales support, key account support, agency operations, recruiting support, field training, or a related role • Understanding of Medicare • Sales experience in the Medicare market • Experience supporting agent onboarding and appointment/activation processes, including resolving access and portal-related issues • Demonstrated ability to deliver training and coaching through webinars, group sessions, or one-on-one support • Experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating performance results, including production and recruiting metrics • Thorough knowledge of the insurance sales and agent lifecycle • Working knowledge of Medicare and related products, including Medicare Supplement/Medigap, Medicare Advantage, and Part D • Knowledge of Medicare enrollment periods (IEP, AEP, OEP, SEP) and common Part B and Part D late-enrollment penalties • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service mindset • Strong organization and project management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Comfort learning new portals, CRMs, and reporting tools • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for in-person training, seminars, and meetings • Life and Health insurance license preferred • Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in agent onboarding, training delivery, and performance tracking within the Medicare insurance market.
