• Research potential customers in the public sector and build a consistent outbound pipeline • Leverage industry events, trade fairs, and networks to develop new contacts • Contact leads via email, phone, on-site visits, and events • Manage inbound leads and partner referrals • Conduct discovery calls and product demos • Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to closing • Continuously optimize sales processes, pitch decks, call scripts, CRM workflows, dashboards, and KPIs • Work closely with Customer Success, the Product team, and the founding team • Understand public-sector customer needs and contribute market insights to product development • Own the entire end-to-end sales process and report directly to the founders Requirements • 1+ years of experience in tech sales • Proven ability to close deals • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and assess situations effectively • C2-level German proficiency is essential • Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting customer relationships Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in tech sales with a focus on building customer relationships and optimizing sales processes.
