Their vision is to be the ideal mode of transport, transforming the electric bike into a fully connected ecosystem that enhances daily rider experience. They aim to create a more mindful, sustainable, and livable city environment for all inhabitants.
The company is a market disrupter with ambitious goals, having won Red Dot awards in 2018, 2019, and 2021. They focus on improving the riding experience through intelligent technology, attractive design, and excellent customer service. Their mission is to become the most desirable micro-mobility brand in Europe and the US by 2025.
In May 2021, they launched their fourth model, featuring a new frame with wireless phone charging. Their bikes, along with test rides and repair services, are available in over 10 European countries and across the USA.
The successful candidate will support the CRO in executing wholesale and retail sales strategies by building relationships with independent bike retailers to stock their bikes. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain a list of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Frankfurt area, Germany.
Prospect potential retail partners through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and store visits. Qualify leads effectively. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner stores, overcoming objections and addressing challenges confidently. Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements 3-5 years of successful field sales experience with a proven track record. Proficiency in English and German. A proactive, positive attitude with a can-do spirit. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily over the phone. A people-oriented personality.
Genuine interest in cycling and e-mobility, with a good understanding of the product, market, and customer preferences. Dynamic, motivated, and hands-on sales approach.
