• Exceed region forecast for assigned Key Accounts.
• Develop, communicate and execute Key Account business plans.
• Analyze sales data, competitive landscape and white space opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between Key Accounts and the field sales team.
• Support and help drive sales growth among team members.
Your Skills and Expertise
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least 7 years of Dental Industry sales experience.
• Experience selling through distribution.
• Data analytic skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a team environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits
US applicants: Compensation range $143,200 – $196,900 (base + variable incentive). Benefits include medical, dental and vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences and retirement benefits.
Driving Requirements
This position requires use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Car Allowance Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
Candidates must pass a pre‑hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:
• Experience and success calling on strategic accounts.
• Experience selling to dental DSO’s or large dental group practices. Work location
Remote – Preference for Texas or Colorado but not mandatory. Travel
Up to 50% domestic travel.
