Let’s take a closer look: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with utility customers, EPCs and IPPs in the Serbian market Own the full sales cycle for utility-scale PV projects, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation Act as the main commercial interface between customers and internal teams such as technical sales, service and operations Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and European business objectives Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and project-related discussions in Serbia Your profile Alright, that sounded promising, didn’t it?
To truly enjoy this role and grow with it over time, your background might look something like this: Experience in key account management or sales within the utility-scale PV or broader energy sector Solid understanding of utility projects, EPC business models and tender-based sales Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently in Serbia while collaborating closely with regional teams Serbian language at C1 level and English at C1 level Willingness to travel within Serbia and occasionally across the region About us We are a green tech company with young creative minds.
