• Actively acquire new customers within an assigned postal code area and open up new markets • Build and maintain your own customer network • Provide professional support and strategic development of existing business customers • Manage the entire sales process from initial phone contact and on-site appointments to contract closing • Conduct telephone cold calling to generate new appointments • Prepare and send quotations and follow up through to contract signing • Record notes and maintain customer data in the CRM • Work closely with the Head of Sales and the internal sales team • Participate in meetings • Contribute to sales projects and actively help shape company development Requirements • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services • Strong hunter mentality and proven experience in new customer acquisition • Assertive, confident negotiator with a genuine hands-on attitude • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Very good written and spoken German • Affinity for technology • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems • Driver's license class B Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and relationship management.
