Requirements
• Successfully completed degree or vocational training in waste/water management, process engineering, environmental engineering, chemistry, or a comparable commercial or technical qualification.
• Experience in the sales of disposal, environmental or water‑technology services and in project support; ideally experience in water and wastewater technology or industrial process water treatment.
• Solid understanding of waste management, circular economy and basic water‑management processes; ability to assess material flows and process interrelationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured working style, team orientation and confident use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with determining dry solids concentration (e.g., CTS) and handling corresponding analytical methods is a plus.
• Very good German language skills and conversational English.
• Driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
• Acquire new industrial and commercial customers for our solutions in industrial water, wastewater treatment and disposal, and manage the existing customer base; advise on water‑management and waste‑related technical questions.
• Analyze customer processes, assess material flows and develop suitable solutions — from treatment and recirculation to disposal.
• Prepare cost calculations and quotes and present technical solutions with clear economic justification; conduct market and competitor analyses.
• Independently negotiate contracts, lead price and contract negotiations and conclude agreements with new and existing customers.
• Support projects and major orders, coordinate internal interfaces (engineering/technical, operations, logistics) and ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain customer data and documentation and ensure compliance with all waste‑and water‑related regulations as well as quality guidelines.
• Monitor the market, identify trends in industrial water and the circular economy, and represent the company at trade shows.
