Responsibilities Assume overall responsibility for the sales of our capital equipment within the Orthopaedic Instruments product line. Proactively identify and develop business opportunities through targeted new-customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships at decision-maker level within surgical departments.
Independently plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, including negotiating with chief physicians, hospital management, clinical engineers and procurement departments.
Qualifications Several years of sales experience (at least 3 years), ideally with technically complex or consultative products — e.g., medical technology, capital equipment, financial services or the automotive industry. Proven track record in building and sustainably developing customer relationships and in targeted acquisition of new business.
Passion for selling complex, technically sophisticated solutions and the ability to consult with decision-makers as a trusted advisor. Strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic vision, strong organizational skills and high personal performance standards. Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken. Class B driving license (car) and willingness to travel extensively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
