Responsibilities Achieve established sales targets within the sales territory Manage existing customers and acquire new customers (clinics and private practice/outpatient sector) Support surgical procedures with the aim of ensuring the proper use of our products through guidance (e.g., ACL surgery, meniscal repair, hip arthroscopy) Develop and maintain networks, including managing the relevant interfaces of our customers (outpatient and inpatient) Provide professional technical consultation and product/equipment training Continuously analyze the territory with regard to competitors, customer requirements, purchasing decision factors, and local market changes, taking budget planning into account Document sales activities in the CRM system Independently plan and conduct product trainings and workshops with users Participate in regional and national congresses and training programs Requirements Either a university degree (e.g., in medical engineering) or medical training (e.g., operating room nurse, registered nurse, medical practice assistant) or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience High degree of independence, result orientation, and team spirit Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident IT skills, especially MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written) Driver’s license category B, residence in the specified sales territory and willingness to travel (80 %) within that area Proven experience in sales of medical/surgical products or implants is an advantage Prior experience in orthopedics / sports medicine / endoscopy / arthroscopy is an advantage Experience supporting surgical procedures is an advantage Any additional national language is an advantage (French, Italian, Swiss German) #J-18808-Ljbffr
