Responsibilities Ensure personal and sustainable support of our key accounts in customer service Take responsibility for all activities and ensure their professional execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders Develop and sell comprehensive service solutions, retrofits and maintenance contracts Monitor and identify trends in the financial metrics of our key accounts Develop and implement action plans for the strategic development of customer relationships Actively support product management in developing new customer-service-oriented products Requirements Experience in mechanical or plant engineering with an international focus Completed technical vocational training with further qualifications as an engineer (FH/University) or as a certified technician (HF) Business/economics training is a valuable plus Strong customer orientation and sales skills, with confident customer-facing experience Team player with excellent communication skills Business-fluent in German and English (C1); additional languages are an advantage Willingness to travel, approximately 30% #J-18808-Ljbffr
