Follow-up on inquiries, event contacts, campaign leads and reactivated contacts. Independently conduct initial qualification of companies based on defined criteria. Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Accurately document all conversations and activities in the CRM system.
Systematically work through lead lists and campaigns. Closely coordinate with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve lead quality. Provide feedback on objections, market insights and call outcomes. Requirements Several years of experience in sales, customer service, call centers or B2B customer contact is a plus.
Confident telephone manner and enjoyment in engaging decision-makers. Structured, reliable and independent working style. Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. High level of commitment and strong communication skills. Interest in complex or technical B2B solutions.
Basic understanding of energy, infrastructure or industrial contexts is an advantage. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
