• Assume the sales position in HVACR (air conditioning/refrigeration, heat pump solutions) • Manage new installation business and implement Johnson Controls' sales strategy • Strong focus on growth and results in the industrial refrigeration segment • Acquire new customers successfully and independently manage existing customer relationships • Support engineering firms and end customers • Process customer inquiries promptly, including planning support and preparation of budget estimates • Conduct contract and price negotiations for complex heating and cooling solutions Requirements • Completed technical vocational training or a technical degree (e.g., refrigeration technology, building services/energy supply, process engineering, mechanical engineering) • Solid product and application knowledge in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technologies • Several years of experience and proven strength in supporting engineering offices, system builders, and end customers • Strategic thinker with an independent working style, target orientation, assertiveness, and negotiation skills • Proficient with PC applications and planning/calculation tools • Good spoken and written English Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HVACR sales, focusing on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technologies.
